Currently our nation is facing a serious health crises. Many of our children are over weight and are not living an active lifestyle. They spend way too much time on the computer and in front of the TV. It is time to motivate our children so they incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. This session will provide family members, educators and students with an opportunity to experiment with novel technological based tools used to promote physical activity instead of more traditional exercise modalities in order to improve physical fitness levels.
